Have you noticed what appears to be possible Squatters in a vacant or foreclosed home?  If so, please complete this form which will be sent to the LCA Office.  Squatters are  a serious problem in Leilani Estates 2.  Often, squatted properties foster crime in our community.  Completing this form will help us keep Leilani Estates safe for all its residents.

You may complete this form if you are reporting a loose dog, or (according to HI statute) if the dog has been barking, baying, crying or howling incessantly for a period of ten minutes or barks, bays, cries, howls or makes any other noise intermittently for a period of twenty minutes within a thirty-minute period of time to the disturbance of any person at any time of day or night and regardless of whether the dog is physically situated in or upon private property, or in the case of animal cruelty/abandonment. 

If you are reporting a dog bite, please call the non-emergency police number (808) 935-3311. If it is a medical emergency call 9-1-1. You may also complete this form.
